Bios are such a strange invention to me. Can one describe themselves without coming across as pompous or performative? Perhaps not. But for many of you, this is the first chance you've had to properly get to know the author behind the collection, so hey, why not. Let's have a ball.

I'm a 30 year old trans woman currently residing in Portland, OR, and decided in the fall of 2020 to finally take writing seriously as both a craft and a potential career avenue after writing screenplays, academic papers, short scripts and poetry in the years leading up to then. It's been an incredibly enlightening and rewarding experience already, and now that I'm on the verge of self publishing my work for the very first time, it's exciting imagining what could be next.

There are already plans to write a short story, 'RE-INTEGRATION' in 2021, and 'LABYRINTHINE', the companion to 'OUROBOROS', and beyond that.. who knows? Here's to whatever it is that's ahead.
